I divide my time between writing, training, and clinical work using acceptance, mindfulness, and positive psychology approaches. I have trained more than 12,000 professionals worldwide in DNA-V and ACT for young people and adults. I use effective, science-based processes that help people grow stronger and build deeper relationships.

Louise has been involved with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for 20 years. In 2015, Louise and co-author Joseph Ciarrochi developed DNA-V – a framework that focuses on growth and development in adolescents and adults.

DNA-V is an evidence-based framework that promotes psychologicalstrength, values consistent living, daily vitality, and motivationtoward life goals. It is designed to help people cope with stress andbuild meaningful change.
